This policy outlines our approach to order fulfillment, delivery, refunds, returns, and cancellations to ensure transparency and clarity at Sanct, Inc.

1. Order Fulfillment Policy

Once a customer signs a service agreement and provides the required information and documents, we begin the petition drafting process. Order fulfillment is considered complete when we electronically deliver the draft petition to the customer.

  1. Processing Time. Petition drafts are typically prepared and delivered within the timeframe specified in the customer agreement, subject to receipt of complete and accurate inputs from the customer.
  2. Delivery Method. Petition drafts are delivered electronically via email or a secure document-sharing platform.

2. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The customer’s agreement with sanct.ai contains a refund clause; and
  • All the terms and conditions outlined in that refund clause are fully met

3. Delivery Policy

All petition drafts are delivered electronically. sanct.ai does not offer physical delivery of services. Customers will receive access to their documents via secure email or file-sharing services upon fulfillment.

4. Return Policy and Process

Because our services are delivered entirely in digital format, we do not accept returns. Once a petition draft has been delivered electronically, the order is considered final.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation of services is governed strictly by the terms and conditions outlined in the customer agreement. Customers wishing to cancel must refer to their specific agreement to determine eligibility and applicable conditions for cancellation.
