When you sign up with Sanct, you will recieve access to our state-of-the-art application where you will provide the necessary information to compose your green card application. The forms are easy to fill, and help is just an email away. You can provide the information over multiple sessions if you need to take breaks.

We will generate all the forms you need for your green card application. You application usually includes the following:

  • A cover letter
  • Form G-1145: Request a notification when USCIS accepts your application
  • Form G-1450: Authorization for credit card transactions (if you'd like to pay using credit card)
  • Form I-130: Petition for an alien relative (in other words, application for a green card submitted by a U.S. citizen for a family member)
  • Form I-130A: Supplemental information for the spouse who is applying for the green card (i.e. the non-US citizen spouse)

  • 2. Sign the application: USCIS requires you to wet sign (i.e. print and sign) the application form
  • 3. Send us the signed pages and cheques: You will mail us the signed forms and cheques to be sent to USCIS

We will print all the necessary documents, and send the application packet to USCIS. You will recieve an electronic notification from USCIS about the reciept of the application typically a few weeks after.

Upon the receipt of your application, USCIS will share with you a receipt number. You can use the receipt number to track your case for further updates.

USCIS will request you attend for an interview prior to approving you green card application. Upon the successful completion of interview (and if everything else is in order), you will recieve your green card in mail.
